Got a question about your account, deposits, withdrawals or sports betting? Browse the most common questions from HH998 players below.
If you are new to HH998 or just want to understand the platform better before putting real money in, this FAQ page is the right place to start. The questions above cover the most common things players ask — from setting up an account and making a first deposit in PKR, to understanding how live cricket betting works and what the VIP programme actually offers. Rather than hunting through a long help document, this page gives you direct answers in plain language.
HH998 is built for Pakistani players, which means everything from the payment options to the sports coverage is chosen with the local market in mind. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the two most popular deposit methods among Pakistani users because transfers complete quickly and almost everyone already has these apps on their phone. Raast and bank transfers round out the options for those who prefer moving money directly from their account. There is no currency conversion involved — balances are held and displayed in PKR throughout.
On the sports side, cricket dominates. Pakistan Super League matches get their own dedicated sections with pre-match and in-play markets, player performance bets, over/under totals and more. During ICC tournaments the coverage expands further. That said, football is a close second in terms of popularity on the platform, and international fixtures from the top European leagues are regularly available alongside local competitions. Esports markets have also grown steadily and are worth checking if you follow competitive gaming.
The casino side of HH998 is just as well stocked. Slots cover everything from classic three-reel games to feature-heavy video slots with progressive jackpots. The live casino section is where many players spend most of their time — real dealers, real cards and real roulette wheels streamed in high definition. Baccarat and Roulette are perennial favourites, and Andar Bahar is consistently popular among South Asian players for obvious reasons. New games are added to the Game Lobby on a regular basis so the range keeps improving.
If you run into something that is not covered here, the live chat support team is available around the clock. Response times are generally fast and the team can handle account queries, payment issues, technical problems and general platform questions. For anything that needs a paper trail, reaching out through the platform's official support channel is recommended over third-party contact methods.
